From your first contact we help obtain flight clearance and landing permits and cut the red tape. Our Operations-Dispatch Department has an online link to Eurocontrol and is staffed H24, so crews get up-to-date information, computerised flight plans, weather and en-route data with fewer delays.
We escort crews from landing to takeoff, to pre-arranged transport and hotels, and can also arrange car rental, mobile phones and use of our airport facilities.
